The Gamble House: leaded art glass restoration work by Hamm Glass Studios

The Gamble House by Charles and Henry Greene. Pasadena, California, 1908.

At Hamm Glass Studios we have the vision, experience, and ability to meet your restoration needs. Over the years, we have been entrusted with many very significant historic restoration projects, including Charles and Henry Greene’s Gamble House, Robert R. Blacker House, and Thorsen House (see our client list for more).

Restoring leaded art glass to its former glory is a process involving skills and sensibilities honed through years of hands-on experience and research. As an artist, it is an extremely satisfying experience to look at an old (and possibly historic) piece of leaded art glass with the confidence of knowing how we will begin the work to make the object whole again.

Often times a piece may be something that is a small part of history; just being in its presence may evoke a long-gone era. The handling of historic leaded and stained glass requires that exceptional sensitivity and respect accompany the art of fine craftsmanship. Hamm Glass Studios prides itself on its ability to meet the high standards of historic preservation and restoration work.

Gamble House does not offer any sort of actual gambling whatsoever, however if you are looking to engage in such an activity online and are interested in playing one of the more popular gambling type games called "slots" you can do so by clicking the slots link.
